Angel Made Scents is a home-based company run by a wonderful woman named Christy.
Each and every order is made in her own kitchen or basement.
With over 200 scents and a wide variety of products from candles to laundry detergent,
Angel Made Scents has something for everyone!

Being the tart-nut that I am, I just had to give hers a try. In addition to tart cups,
Angel Made Scents also offers a 6 pack of mini tarts in a muffin shape.
The combined weight of the mini-muffins is 5oz and will cost you $4.75 per package.
You have options-galore with these mini-muffin tarts. You can choose just one scent,
or combine two of your own. There is also the option to choose between paraffin or soy wax.
All of these little details add a nice touch.

For my review, I tried two different scents in the muffin tarts.

The first was fresh lemonade.
I was blown away by the accuracy of this smell.
Rather than just being a strong lemon scent, I could also pick up on a sweet,
sugary smell that blended perfectly.
Thank goodness these were made of wax or I might have been tempted to drink up!

My second package of tarts was scented in Watermelon Taffy.
This was another great scent. Candy lovers will rejoice at this one!
True to its name, these tarts smelled just like the taffy
we all used to love eating on a warm, summer day.
Both of these varieties of tarts carried a huge punch when it came to throw-strength
and lasted a good 12 hours in my warmer.
Very impressive for such a small chunk of wax!


Another product I tried out was her 3” chunk pillar.
These come priced at $16.00 and are offered in all of her scents.
You also are able to choose your colors, which is certainly handy
when you want to match your décor.

My pillar came scented in Herbal Essence (type) with cranberry red chunks.
The top had some lovely glitter sprinkled onto it and even the wick was adorable!
The extra length had been curled into a corkscrew shape!

The scent itself was divine.
If you’ve ever smelled the original Herbal Essences shampoo,
you’ll know exactly what this pillar smelled like.
It was a scary-accurate duplicate! Not only is it a relaxing, clean smell,
but it also makes me smile when it reminds me of those old corny commercials
they used to air for the shampoo!

On a performance level, this pillar did very well. It burned perfectly and
consumed itself, leaving only a small disc of wax at the end.
The scent was much lighter than anything produced by my tarts,
but still carried enough heft to scent a small to medium sized room.
Not bad considering it’s small stature!


To add to my excitement, there was even a free sample included with my order!
This was a GREAT big tart scented in Caramel Pecan Pie. Oh heavens, this smelled good!
I dare say it smelled even better than the pecan pie my grandmother used to make!

The throw was large enough to scent my entire house and my fiancée was convinced
I was baking something, despite my best efforts to assure him I wasn’t.
He only wishes I could bake that well!


Overall, I was more than happy with my experience.
Angel Made Scents has some amazing products and out-of-this-world customer service.

I will certainly be ordering again, and I encourage all of you to give them a try as well!
